1.summary

1.1  Main uses and scope of application

The mini digital wrench has a mini design, which is more suitable for small space operation. At the same time, it has powerful operation functions, including torque setting; Unit setting; Numerical storage; Numerical clearing. Easy to operate, and the requirements for operators are reduced by installing a digital display screen. It is suitable for bolt fastening and control in automobile industry and machinery industry.

2  Functional characteristics

2.1  Large screen and backlight make it easy to read data clearly and effectively.

2.2  Clockwise 2%, counterclockwise 2.5% accuracy (20~100% of full scale).

2.3  Acousto-optic alarm: Effectively improve the accuracy and safety of operation.

2.4  Four engineering units (N.m, kgf.cm, ft.lbf, in.lbf).

2.5  Measurement modes: real-time mode (T), peak mode (P) and preset mode (Pre).

2.6  Automatic shutdown: shut down automatically without operation for 3 minutes to avoid excessive power consumption.

2.7  999 sets of storable record values.

4  Matters needing attention before using wrench

4.1  Press the "P/C" key to turn on the power supply of the wrench and check the battery power. If the system detects that the battery voltage is lower than 2.2V, the wrench will cut off the power supply and automatically shut down.

4.2  After the power is turned on, please press the "P/C" key to reset it once before using it, so that the wrench can avoid deviation in the measurement.

5  Product technical specifications

Please refer to the comments at the back of the table.

Note:

1  The accuracy guarantee range is 20% to 100% of the maximum operating value. Torque accuracy is a normal value. The calibration accuracy takes the middle groove of the five grooves on the handle as the calibration point. In order to ensure the accuracy, it is recommended to calibrate once a year.

2  "Once" means that the wrench is forced from 0N.m to the maximum operating setting value of the wrench, and then returned to 0 n.m.

6  Instructions for use

6.1 Start

Press the "P/C" key lightly to start the machine. If the power display is insufficient after starting the machine, it will automatically shut down, and it can be used normally only after replacing the battery.

6.2  Unit switching

Press the "U/S" key to switch four engineering units under the non-setting interface of the user interface.

6.3  Measurement mode conversion

Press the M key to switch the mode when the boot is weak.

A  Real-time mode

Real-time measurement mode: the torque value will display the current value in real time with the change of applied torque, and when the torque is unloaded, the torque value will automatically return to zero. The "T" symbol displayed on the screen is the real-time mode.

B  Peak mode

The force exerted by the wrench will gradually increase from the minimum measured value. When the force is applied continuously, the torque value on the screen will always show the maximum torque value when the user applies different forces; When the user releases the force, the screen will record and lock the maximum torque value in the process of applying force, that is, the peak torque value. When measuring again, only when the tested torque value is greater than the peak torque value in the previous test will it be automatically updated. Alternatively, press the P/C key to clear the peak torque and measure again.

C  Default value mode

First, set an ideal preset torque value by pressing the "∧" key or the "∨" key, and then press the "U/S" key to save and return to the measurement interface. The force exerted by the wrench will gradually increase from the minimum measured value. When the force is applied, the torque value of the screen will change with the user applying different forces; The reading will increase with the increase of force and decrease with the decrease of force. When the user releases the force, the screen will return to 0 o'clock. On-screen "Pre" character is the default mode.

6.4  Acousto-optic alarm function

This function is only available in peak mode and preset mode. Set an early warning target value by pressing the "∧" key or "∨" key, and then press the U/S key to save and return to the measurement interface. When the torque value reaches 80% of the early warning target value in the measurement process, the buzzer will make an intermittent sound and the indicator light will flash to warn. 当When the torque value continues to increase, the acousto-optic alarm will change from slow to urgent, and when the torque value reaches 100% of the early warning target value, the buzzer will sound and the indicator light will light up. (Buzzer must be turned on)

6.5  Data preservation

In the process of measurement, once the torque value is generated, you can save the current torque value by pressing the M key lightly. At this time, the "" character will appear on the display screen, which indicates that the torque value has been saved successfully. The three digits in the upper left corner of the display screen will show the current saved data in real time.

6.6  Data viewing

When the machine is turned on, press and hold the M key to view the saved data. In the data viewing interface, you can view each group of saved data by pressing the "∧" key or the "∨" key. When you have finished viewing, just press the M key to exit.

6.7  Data deletion

In the data viewing interface, tap the U/S key to select the mode of DELeting data. "ALL" means that all the saved data are deleted at ONE time, and "One" means that the saved data are deleted one by one from the last group of data (you can't choose to delete, an error code with the character "del" will pop up, so you need to press the M key to exit the interface and re-operate). After the selection, just press the P/C key to delete the data.

6.8  Buzzer setting

In the power-on state, press and hold the U/S key to enter the menu option, then press the U/S key lightly to select the "BUZZ" option, and then press the "∧" key lightly to select whether to turn on the buzzer. If the buzzer is turned on, select the "1" character; if not, select the "0" character. After the selection is finished, finally press the P/C key to save and exit the menu.

press the "P/C" key to save and exit the menu.

6.9  Restore factory settings

Users can use this function to restore the wrench to the factory setting initialization.

In the power-on state, press and hold the U/S key to enter the menu option, then press the U/S key lightly to select the "RSET" option, and then press the ∧ key lightly to select the number 1 or 0 character. If the factory settings are restored, after selecting the "1" character, lightly press the U/S key to automatically return to the measurement interface, and the wrench has been restored to the factory settings. If not, after selecting the "0" character, press the P/C key lightly to exit the menu with one key.

Warning:

When the torque exceeds 120% of the full scale, the character "OLOAD" will be triggered on the screen. At this time, the wrench is in a false dead state. Please remove the torque first, and then press the P/C key to restore the wrench. (In case of irrecoverable situation, please contact the manufacturer for after-sales service.)

Please don't use the wrench beyond the range, that is, the torque value exceeds 120% of the full range. Over-range for a long time may cause wrench damage or precision loss.

7  Maintenance and Storage

7.1  Calibration cycle, which needs to be re-calibrated once a year.

7.2  Please don't shake the wrench violently, fall to the ground or use it as a hammer.

7.3  When the battery is low, please replace the battery in time.

7.4  Please do not put the wrench in high temperature, high humidity or direct sunlight.

7.5  Do not use a wrench near water.

7.6  If you accidentally wet the wrench, please dry it with a dry towel immediately.

7.7  Do not use organic solvents to clean the wrench, such as alcohol or paint thinner.

7.8  Do not put the wrench near magnetic objects.

7.9  Please don't put the wrench in a place with a lot of dust or sand, which will cause serious damage to the wrench.

7.10  Do not press the LCD screen.
