1. Startup

Press   the key to start the machine, and then enter the working interface. At this time, the torque value displayed on  the screen is the preset value of LED Flash & Buzzer alarm. Set the preset value  of alarm,  and then  apply  force to  enter the working state. Long press "" to close together.

PS:(After startup, if the power display is insufficient, it will automatically shut down and replace the battery before normal use)

2. LED Flash & Buzzer alarm preset value

In the initial working interface, the alarm preset value can be set freely by pressing or pressing a “+” or “-” key. When the applied force reaches 80% of the preset value,it will trigger the warning light to flash and be accompanied by a gap buzzer alarm; When the continuous force application reaches 100% of the preset value, the warning light changes from flashing to constant lighting and the intermittent buzzer alarm changes to long-sounding alarm.

3. Unit switching

In the startup state, please press the "U/S" key to switch four engineering units.

4. Operating Mode Switching

Real - Time Mode / Peak Mode: Select the desired M operating mode by pressing a “M” key.

A. Real-time mode

Real-time measurement mode: After the force is applied, the value on the screen jumps from the alarm preset value to the real-time torque value. When the torque is unloaded, the torque value automatically returns to zero and is displayed as the alarm preset value again.

B. Peak mode

Peak measurement mode: After the force is applied, the numerical display on the screen jumps from the alarm preset value to the peak torque value. When the torque is unloaded, the maximum peak value in  the current force application process is displayed on the screen and locked. The peak torque value can be cleared by pressing the key and the alarm preset value can be returned; The peak torque value can also be updated by applying force again (no need to clear it).

5. Clear function

When the force value is displayed on the display screen, the force value can be cleared directly by pressing a “” key.

6. Backlight function

When the instrument is turned on. Hold down the   key and the “+” key at the same time, turn on the backlight. Press again to turn off the backlight.

Note: Adapter is not used as a standard accessory. Can be matched according to the actual use of customers.
